While Sleeping plays your own sleep audio on a gentle loop, with a start delay, a soft fade-out and the right volume every night, so your mind has something to hold on to while you drift off.

Lights off, head on the pillow, and your brain decides it's the perfect time to replay every awkward thing you said in 2009, plan next week, and wonder if you locked the door.
That's the monkey brain. It doesn't want silence. It wants something to chew on.
While Sleeping gives it something to chew on. White noise, brown noise, rain, calm music, an audiobook or a podcast: whatever works for you, played the way sleep audio should be played.

A whale drifting through a starry sky, easy on sleepy eyes.

Everything a sleep player needs, and nothing that keeps you awake.
Settle in first. Playback starts after the delay you choose, not the second you press play.
Your playlist plays on repeat, so there's no sudden silence at 2 a.m. for the worries to fill.
Pick when it ends, say 06:30, and it fades out over 30 seconds. No jolt, no alarm.
Each playlist sets the phone's media volume when it starts. Never blasted by whatever you played on the bus.
Cut the intro and outro off any track, so every loop goes straight to the calm part.
Pause and press play again. The start delay runs again, so you have time to drift off before the audio returns.
Play your own MP3 and MP4 files, or add a direct link and it's saved to the phone, so it plays without internet.
English, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean.
It doesn't record you and doesn't analyse your sleep. It just plays your audio, gently.
